Am I buying directly from SuitePro Arena?

Yes. The suites posted for sale on this website are directly by the SuitePro Arena.

How is my information protected?

Your personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information are protected using industry-standard data encryption and security measures. If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. Shopping for a Suite

How do I book a SuitePro Arena suite?

To rent a suite for an event at SuitePro Arena, click on the game you wish to attend via the RESERVE to see available suite options. A suite can be purchased directly from the website by entering your credit card details or by contacting the SuitePro Arena Premium Sales Department at 813-998-3877 or [email protected] To lease a suite for the entire season, you can contact the SuitePro Arena Premium Sales Department at 813-998-3877 or [email protected].

When do I get my tickets after booking a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative from the SuitePro Premium Sales Department will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite. All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile only.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only. Following your purchase, a representative from the SuitePro Premium Sales Department will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All suites listed on RaymondJamesSuites.com are fully private.

Are suites ar SuitePro Arena ADA accessible?

Yes, All suites and Clubs are ADA accessible. Guests will enter through the specific Club entrance and can utilize the Suite elevators to access the Suite levels.

Payment

What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on RaymondJamesStadium.com include:

  • All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover

Suites can also be purchased via wire after speaking with a representative.

Is payment required in full?

Payment in full is required upon booking in order to secure a suite.

Are there any additional fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees. The only other cost to consider will be in-suite catering expenses.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No. Per our sales terms and conditions, all suite sales are final. For more information on rescheduled events or canceled events see below.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.

What if my event is cancelled?

If the event is canceled, a refund will be issued to the purchaser.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

Following your suite purchase, a SuitePro representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with further catering instructions.

Any catering preorders will be due 1 week prior to an event.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, in-suite catering is not required to purchase and there is no catering minimum. Guests can also purchase food and drink individually from general concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the stadium.

How much does catering typically cost?

Catering costs will be available closer to the event date. Packages are set based on the number of people in the suites. Spend is based on type of food - I.e., snacks vs. full meals – and number of people.

Can I purchase additional tickets for my suite?

Refer to your suite reservation to see if additional suite tickets (SROS) are available to purchase. For any suites that provide the option to purchase additional tickets, contact your SuitePro Suite Representative to complete the transactions. Additional tickets, if available, can be purchased (but not required) at any point leading up to an event.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission into SuitePro Arena. Suites can provide a welcomed private and secure space for families attending a game with younger children.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and SuitePro Arena)?

For all events at SuitePro Arena, only small clutches less than 4.5”x6.5” are permitted. For additional rules, please refer to the SuitePro or SuitePro Arena gameday page closer to game day or contact a representative from the SuitePro Luxury Suite Sales Department.

Does my suite ticket give me access to other areas?

In additional to your private Luxury Suite, suite tickets will provide access to the Stadium Club bars and concessions.

Event Day Questions

Where do I park?

Your suite will include parking passes in SuitePro Arena premium lots on site. Your representative will provide you with details on where and how to park.

Where do I find the VIP Entrances?

All Luxury Suite guests will enter through either the East Stadium Club or Hyundai Club entrances, depending on the location of your suite. Your SuitePro representative will share details on where to go to enter based on your suite location and where you are parking or arriving.

When does my suite open?

Suite access will vary by event. Your Luxury Suite representative will provide you details with access time.

Can I order food/beverage from the suite during the event?

Yes. Each suite is serviced by a shared suite attendant. In-game food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. The Event Day Suite Menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The Event Day Menu is slightly more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, however, you’ll still find stadium favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft-drinks, beer, wine, liquor). In-suite catering items are served in group-portions, not individually.

Do I tip our suite attendant?

Yes, gratuity is customary.

If I have an issue with my suite on an event day, who can I contact?

If you have an issue, please contact your SuitePro suite representative as well as SuitePro Arena staff. All suites at SuitePro Arena have a phone that can dial directly to the Luxury Suite Concierge desk on gameday.
